TIBCO Architect with hands-on development and administration experience:
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- IT Experience of 10+ years
- 5+ years of experience as Integration lead on large Integration projects involving multiple integration platforms
- 5+ years of experience on TIBCO Suite of products as an Integration Architect (TIBCO Business Moriss, TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO BusinessWorks plug-ins, TIBCO EMS, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in API design, development, and deployments
- 5+ years experience as an API developer and/or as an API architect
- Experience in Identity and Access Management platforms (Entra, Ping/Azure B2C)
- Experience with REST, SOAP web services, IMS
- Sound understanding of API design standards, patterns, and best-practices
- Familiar with Microservices Architecture, GRPC, Graabal
- Sound knowledge of API architecture, Microservices architecture, Service Oriented Architecture
- Sound knowledge of 828 platform - like TIBCO BusinessConnect or any other COTS B2B/MFT platforms
- Experience in API security standards and implementation
- Experience in use of different certificates in integrations including SSL, mutual authentication, digital signature, etc
- Strong Experience/Knowledge on Data modeling (RDBMS, XSD, JSON), Database/XML interaction & SQL
- Expertise in different integration patters like Native, Pub/Sub, SOA, etc.
- Experience using Azure Git repo or other distributed versioning control
- Good understanding of DevOps culture/methodology and experience with CI/CD tools
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into high-level blueprints that service providers can use for implementation
- Work as a liaison for work intake process, perform high level impact assessments, provide estimates and plan tasks for offshore team
- Plan releases to different environments including production
- Advice/Assist IT developers/senior IT resources in impact analysis, testing support and troubleshooting the issues
- Participating in rigorous code reviews and approving interface development is maintainable and adheres to the Integration Development standards and Guidelines and Enterprise security stands
- Provide oversight on different projects and production support enhancements, new integrations through reviews of requirements, design, test results, and code to ensure Integration standards are followed
- Engage senior technical stakeholders and architects to review and epprove standards
- Oversight of different tasks team is working on across different platforms-APIM/APIC/TIBCO
- Install/Update SSL certificates, Client authentication certificates on different Integration platforms
- Manage production releases (open and manage changes in ServiceNow), deploy APIs/Services to different integration environments
- Maintain Integration inventory and integration deliverables like design documents, test cases/results
- Plan and upgrade Integration platforms and software like TIBCO suite of products (like TIBCO Business Works, Runtime Agent, Adapters, Plug-ins, Enterprise Message Service-EMS, TIBCO Business Connect)
- TIBCO platform administration: deployments, releases, maintenance, certificates, etc.
- 24x7 on call support on weekly rotation for-TIBCO ESB platform, IBM CP4 platform, Enterprise 828 platform
- Communicate status to IT Managers, project managers and stakeholders
- Support planned and unplanned outages (during and outside business hours-on-call support in rotation-bi-weekly)
- Periodically audit the landscape to identify technical debt or deprecated protocols, creating roadmaps for service retirement or modernization
- Establish performance KPIs for all middleware and conduct load testing to ensure integrations handle peak seasonal volumes without degradation.
- Debug complex integration issues involving multiple integrations platforms like Azure APIM, IBM APIC/App Connect, TIBCO suite of products.
