Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Data Engineering to design and deliver enterprise-grade dashboards, reporting solutions, and scalable data pipelines. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, optimize BI performance, and support strategic analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring architect-level experience in BI tools and Azure data services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau

Implement advanced data models, complex DAX calculations, and performance tuning for BI solutions

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks

Develop and deploy SSAS Tabular models, including data security, role-based access, and query optimization

Integrate BI dashboards into enterprise applications while ensuring data governance and security compliance

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and deliver aligned solutions

Optimize report refresh strategies, dataset performance, and semantic models

Provide production support for BI platforms and resolve issues within defined SLAs

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development

Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL

Advanced knowledge of Power BI architecture, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and report distribution strategies

Proven experience designing and optimizing complex Tableau dashboards
