Role: Tableau Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite day 1)

Duration: 12 Months

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience integrating Tableau with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, or AWS Redshift.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Knowledge of data modelling and schema design (Star/Snowflake).
• Ability to troubleshoot Tableau performance issues and optimize queries.

Functional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business domains such as Finance, Sales, HR, or Supply Chain (as applicable)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Tableau development and business analytics
• Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist, Certified Associate, or higher) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodology preferred.
