Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for collaborating with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes, develop use cases, and support company wide business applications. The role involves strong analytical and project management skills with a thorough understanding of business workflows and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

The Business Analyst will also coordinate project planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of IT and business initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design, and project management for medium to large-scale application development projects.
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent professional certification/experience.
• Comprehensive experience with the full project lifecycle and exposure to Agile or iterative methodologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
• Working knowledge of system integrations and data modeling principles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with C-suite executives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience in Field Service Operations or Supply Chain domains.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or F&O applications.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM and Power BI applications.
