and SAS SQL. Experience with SAS BI tools and SAS administration is a

plus. Experience with source control/versioning software. Experience

with agile development lifecycle

Qualifications:

•      Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics,

Mathematics, or a related field.

•      Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAS programming and

data analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.

•      Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming, including SAS Base,

SAS Macro, and SAS SQL. Experience with SAS BI tools and SAS

administration is a plus. Experience with source control/versioning

software. Experience with agile development lifecycle

•      Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with

the ability to interpret complex data sets.

•      Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with

the ability to convey technical information to non-technical

stakeholders.

•      Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and

mentoring a team of developers.

•      Domain: Experience working with data warehouses and data warehouse

concepts; Experience with claims data

This role involves leading the development and implementation of

guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Lead SAS Development Projects: Oversee the design, development, and

implementation of SAS programs and solutions.

programs through rigorous testing and validation.

•      Technical Leadership: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior

SAS developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team

environment.

•      Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and

resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

•      Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including

data analysts, statisticians, and business stakeholders, to understand

requirements and deliver effective solutions.

•      Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAS programs,

and best practices, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and
