Role: AI Fullstack Developer (React, java, VueJS) ||

Location: Remote || No H1B and GC

Job Desc:

• Requirement is for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer. Must be a individual contributor.
• Mandatory technical skills: React, Vue.js, C#, SQL, and JavaScript (any modern JavaScript framework).
• Strong hands-on Full Stack Development experience is required.
• Candidate should have AI exposure.
• Experience with Cursor AI and Claude AI is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Enterprise AI Agents is required.
• Preferred experience: 4–6 years. However, candidates with up to 12 years of overall experience will also be considered.
• Interview Process:
• Round 1: 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview. However, local NYC candidates who are available for an in-person (Face-to-Face) interview are highly preferred.
• Round 2: Technical Coding Interview/Assessment.

Candidates interested in joining as a Full Stack Software Engineer must have:

Ø Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development

Ø Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C / C++)

Ø Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and GraphRAG

Ø Knowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn)

Ø Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies

Ø Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems

Ø Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention for structure and details

Ø Interest in life sciences / healthcare

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
