Skill 1 – Yrs of Exp – 6+ - data engineering / data operations / ETL support roles (or strong internship/co-op equivalent). - support Lights On (production support) operations for data platforms and pipelines in the CarelonRx area.
Skill 2 - Yrs of Exp – 6+ - SQL: Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries for validation and investigation. Break a fix & Maintenance, Operational Data Loads & Inputs, User/Access Support
SKill 3 - Yrs Of Exp - 6+ - Python: Basic scripting ability for data checks, automation, and support tasks & Compliance / Security Support, Documentation & Handoffs
SKill 4 - Yrs Of Exp - 6+ - Data Pipelines / ETL Basics & : Maintain runbooks/knowledge articles, document fixes, and provide clear handoffs across shifts/teams.
Good to Have (Preferred):
Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks/Snowflake) and orchestration tools. (Best-practice suggestion; your org has internal material around Databricks pipelines, which is relevant to DE foundations.)

Key Responsibilities (What you all do)
Production Support / Incident Investigation: Triage and investigate data-related incidents, identify root causes, and work with senior engineers to implement fixes.
Break a fix & Maintenance: Support correction of production defects and perform ongoing maintenance work to preserve operational integrity of systems/services.
Operational Data Loads & Inputs: Execute and validate routine data loads/inputs and assist in ensuring successful processing and completion.
User/Access Support (as applicable): Assist with operational tasks such as user ID creation and access-related support where part of the service scope.
Compliance / Security Support: Participate in system audit support, testing activities, and security/vulnerability remediation tasks under guidance.
Documentation & Handoffs: Maintain runbooks/knowledge articles, document fixes, and provide clear handoffs across shifts/teams. (Best-practice suggestion; not explicitly stated in sources.)
