Job Title: Scrum Master Senior 

Location: Hybrid (Grand Rapids, Mi)

Prior experience in a Scrum Master, RTE or Project Management Role in POS/Retail- 7+ years

The Scrum Master is a servant leader who coaches and mentors IT development teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver value via effective Lean-Agile practices in the Scaled Agile Framework. This role supports and enforces Scrum and quality processes, assists the team in coordinating with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART), and effectively tracks and communicates status while influencing team progress.

Minimum education, skills and experience required:

Experience in being a key driver and enforcer on high visibility initiatives and complex projects.

High level of ownership on team dependencies and feature delivery

Prior experience in a Scrum Master, RTE or Project Management Role in POS/Retail- 7+ years

Experience with large agile team at scale (10-20 people)

Strong skills in managing high profile projects with many complex/new integrations and many dependencies across trains

Operates well under tight deadlines and performs well with escalation when needed.

Experience with vendor dependencies

Coordinating and facilitation of many streams of work within a single team.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Detail-oriented mindset with excellent documentation and reporting abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps.

BS in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

10+ years’ experience in an Information Technology role.

10+ years’ experience on an Agile team, or in a project management or similar role within.
