Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in complex enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, reporting frameworks, data flows, and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing multi team technical delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a technical mindset.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar are a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Governance
• Lead and govern the end to end delivery of all technical components within the program.
• Define, track, and manage project milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the technical workstream.
• Ensure structured program controls and best practices are applied throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Cross Functional Coordination
• Coordinate technical teams across integrations, reporting, extensions, environments, and release management.
• Drive alignment between technical resources, architects, developers, and functional teams.
• Ensure all upstream and downstream dependencies are identified, documented, and managed proactively.
Quality & Standards Compliance
• Enforce compliance with solution architecture, coding standards, security protocols, and technical design guidelines.
• Review technical deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to mitigate delivery risks and maintain technical integrity.
Schedule & Dependency Management
• Track progress against the project plan and ensure on time delivery of all technical activities.
• Identify schedule risks early and facilitate timely mitigation.
• Manage technical dependencies across workstreams, partners, and systems to ensure smooth sequencing of activities.
Risk & Issue Management
• Monitor technical risks and issues, ensuring prompt identification, documentation, analysis, and resolution.
• Escalate critical blockers appropriately, along with recommended mitigation actions.
• Maintain a clear view of technical constraints and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Provide clear and structured updates to program leadership, senior stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
• Prepare technical dashboards, project trackers, and status reports with insights on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate regular technical meetings, scrum sessions, and review checkpoints.
Release & Environment Oversight
• Coordinate environment provisioning, refresh cycles, and environment readiness for testing cycles.
• Manage release planning, deployment sequencing, and technical cutover activities.
• Ensure proper collaboration with environment, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
