Strong understanding of NERC standards and compliance requirements.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical or utility industry setting.
• Strong understanding of NERC standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project objectives.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools, including Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong technology implementation and data conversion experience, with the ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Experience with data conversion methodologies, including data mapping and testing.
