Job Description

We are currently hiring multiple ServiceNow Lead and Architect positions across various ServiceNow practice areas. Candidates with strong platform expertise and experience in one or more ServiceNow modules are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, integrations, and solution design capabilities, with the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs across enterprise customers.
  • Design scalable and reusable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership for development, integrations, upgrades, and platform governance.
  • Mentor development teams and establish coding standards and best practices.
  • Drive solution design, estimation, and roadmap discussions.
  • Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and architecture reviews.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, performance, and compliance.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Experience working as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities including:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management)
  • ITAM (HAM/SAM)
  • CMDB and CSDM

Technical Expertise

  • JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs.
  • Integration experience using REST, SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, Okta, and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and orchestration.
  • Understanding of platform upgrades, instance strategy, domain separation, and governance.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
