Job Title: Entry Level Desktop Support Technician (2 Positions)

Location: Tallahassee FF

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $27/hr C2C Max

Travel Multiple Office locations is required (25%–40%)

Education Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirement (any one of the following):

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and technical support of workstation hardware.
• 1 year of experience providing customer service and technical support for Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or higher operating systems.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Net+ may substitute for 6 months of experience.
• Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with at least 25% coursework in Information Technology-related subjects.
• Provide dedicated desktop support services, ensuring high-quality technical assistance to all users.
