Role: Project Manager – Change Management

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
- Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
- Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
- Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
- Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance
