Job Title: Pega Developer / Architect

Location: Pleasanton CA

Job Description

8–10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega PRPC, BPM, and case management solutions

Design and implement scalable end-to-end Pega solutions, including architecture, design, and development

Hands-on experience in case lifecycle, decisioning, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI development

Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, API design, and migration strategies

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and production support governance

Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, performance optimization, and best practices

Pega certifications (CSA/CSSA/LSA) preferred

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
