Application Support Developer to support, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications built on the Microsoft .NET technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET applications, SQL Server, and production support activities, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

- Provide L2/L3 application support for .NET-based enterprise applications in production and non-production environments
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to .NET code, SQL Server databases, and integrations
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability; proactively identify and resolve issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain application documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours when required Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API
- Assist with minor enhancements, bug fixes, and code changes as part of support activities
- Ensure applications follow security, compliance, and best-practice standards

- 3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Application production support (L2/L3), troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- IIS configuration and Windows Server support
- Debugging, logging, and application monitoring tools
- REST APIs and system integrations
- Source control (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Deployment support, release management, and CI/CD pipelines
- SQL query optimization and database management
- ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
