Job Description: 

In this role, you will:

• Need to have working experience in system development methodologies like Scrum.
• Ability to utilize a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools, and existing designs.
• Analyze highly complex business requirements and have the ability to write a complex functional system design to meet business requirements.
• Highest level individual contributor as a developer on projects, work with various technology partners and work with Principal Engineers and architects to understand different technology solutions, providing technology recommendations, implementing and support postproduction support.
• Develop new documentation for departmental procedures, training and user guides.
• Assures quality, security, business continuation plan and compliance requirements are met and documented for supported area

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5+ years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle using Agile, Iterative and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot, Micro Services, React, MongoDB, KAFKA, Junit 

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical design experience
• Display competency in: HTML, CSS, Java Script, REST API, Gradle, NOSQL 
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should demonstrate analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience creating sizing or work estimates
• Exposure to database data modeling
• Experience in using source control tools like GitHub
• Applications knowledge within financial service or payment including Home Equity Lines and Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Retail Loans, Business Loans, Automobile, and Educational Loans is highly desired
• An industry-standard technology certification in Java
• Demonstrated experience within our modern technology stack including Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, Microservices, Kafka, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, AppDyanamics, Selenium, Cloud Technologies (PCF/Azure), Oracle, MSSQL, and MongoDB

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
