 Role Overview

We are seeking a .NET Developer with strong UI/UX Design expertise who can design and deliver modern, intuitive, and user-centric applications.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to create seamless user experiences while ensuring alignment with technical and architectural standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, and ASP.NET technologies within an Agile environment.

 Key Responsibilities

 UI/UX Design & Research

• Gather and analyze user interface requirements through stakeholder interactions
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Develop user journey maps and workflow diagrams
• Create and maintain a Design System / UI component library

 Frontend & Application Development

• Develop responsive UI using:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Bootstrap / Fluent UI frameworks
• Integrate UI components with backend systems
• Ensure secure UI design and coding practices in ASP.NET MVC applications

 Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with business users, project managers, developers, and analysts
• Participate in:
• Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.)
• Ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams
• Contribute to product roadmap improvements and UX enhancements

 Leadership & Strategy

• Lead UI/UX initiatives and drive design improvements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and design sessions with stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and influence product direction

 Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in:
• UI/UX Design and Frontend Development
• Strong expertise in:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Bootstrap / Fluent UI
• Experience with:
• Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of:
• User-centered design principles
• Information architecture & navigation design
• Experience working in:
• Agile development environments
• Hands-on experience with:
• ASP.NET MVC / C# development
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• ASP.NET Core MVC applications
• UI/UX certifications
• Experience creating:
• Design systems and reusable UI components
• Strong experience with:
• User journey mapping and workflow diagrams
