Mainframe Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA - Onsite (Local candidates highly preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications.
• Work with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS technologies.
• Perform application analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Production Support teams.
• Support batch processing and online transaction processing systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Follow SDLC processes using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications.
