Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple build workstreams: scope, estimate, sequence, and ship.

• Be accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and utilization/margin on your pod.

• Own the build roadmap with client stakeholders; shape what gets built and in what order.

• Make build-vs-buy-vs-automate trade-offs that protect the engagement economics.

• Own the paved road — golden-path deployment, CI/CD, secrets, tool-use governance — so builders stay productive.

• Set and enforce engineering standards, security, and quality across the pod.

• Manage and develop a pod of ~4–8 people; coaching, performance, and delivery.

• Be a trusted technical partner to client leaders.
