Job Description:


We’re looking for a high-impact SAP leader to drive a Service Management Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation — this is not a traditional SD role.

If you’ve worked at the intersection of Field Service, Spare Parts, and Billing, this is your opportunity to shape a next-gen service ecosystem.

What You’ll Drive

· End-to-end Service Order-to-Cash lifecycle

 

Service processes including:

· Service Orders & Contracts

· Warranty & Installed Base

· Spare Parts & Logistics

· Service Pricing & Billing

 

What We’re Looking For

· 12+ years in SAP with strong OTC / SD foundation

· Hands-on expert experience in Service Management (SM - S4 HANA)

· Exposure to Legacy or Field Service integrations

· Strong understanding of Service Revenue Flow (Parts + Labor + Billing)
