Job Description:

We are seeking a QA Engineer with ServiceNow (SNOW) expertise to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) within SaaS environments.

You will be responsible for validating end-to-end workflows, ensuring high-quality releases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support PRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow applications
  • Validate PRM (Partner Relationship Management) workflows for SaaS products
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
  • Work closely with business stakeholders during UAT cycles
  • Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools
  • Ensure data integrity and process validation across partner onboarding and management flows
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams
  • Support release validation and regression testing
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA insights

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) QA / Testing
  • Hands-on experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Experience in PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systems
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and workflows
  • Experience with test case creation and defect tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of API testing / integration testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
