Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Senior and Lead UX Designers to join a high-performing design team supporting one of the nation’s largest enterprise Oil & Gas companies. This is a critical role in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that involves working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX process, from research and wireframing to final UI handoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, BA) to define user flows and design specifications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Mentor junior UX designers (for Lead-level positions).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10+ years of UX design experience (Senior and Lead levels).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX work with a focus on user-centered design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Experience designing for complex, enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
