·:5+ years of Workday HCM development experienc

·eStrong knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent module

·sExpertise in Workday Studio, EIB, SOAP/REST APIs, and integration

·sExperience with advanced reporting, calculated fields, and business process configuratio

·nAbility to lead enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support Workday release

·sStrong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration troubleshooting
