Job Role - Senior SailPoint Migration Consultant

Location - St Louis, MO (Remote)

Job Qualification:

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint IIQ professional to lead a critical migration from our legacy IIQ infrastructure to a modernized, high availability SailPoint 8.x+ environment. This consultant must have deep, hands on experience with end to end IGA migrations, along with the ability to anticipate and navigate common technical challenges (“war stories”) that arise during complex cutovers.

Key Migration Responsibilities

•   Infrastructure Transition: Migrate SailPoint objects—Applications, Rules, Workflows, Tasks—from legacy versions to the latest IIQ 8.x+ framework.

•   Code Refactoring: Review and refactor legacy BeanShell scripts and custom Java libraries for modern API compatibility and improved performance.

•   Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Design and run data migration scripts to transition Identity Cubes and historical Audit/Archive data while maintaining accuracy and referential integrity.

•   Environment Validation: Lead Sandbox, UAT, and Production cutover activities, including smoke testing and troubleshooting post-migration sync issues.

•   Connector Modernization: Update legacy connectors to modern REST/SCIM-based integrations where applicable.

•   Documentation: Produce comprehensive “As-Built” documentation and create a handover runbook for ongoing operations.
