 Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Salesforce Administrator to assist in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform while supporting data analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to enhance processes, enable users, and promote a data-driven culture. This role will also support system implementations, integrations, and user training.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain user permissions, workflows, automation, and overall platform integrity.

Support Salesforce implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training.

Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver automation and reporting solutions.

Partner with the Continuous Improvement team on Salesforce enhancement initiatives.

Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and drive adoption of Salesforce tools and processes.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and provide organizational insights.

Requirements:


Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce-201 or Salesforce-211).

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business environment.

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations.

Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (calculated fields, data joins, parameters, dashboards).

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
