We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams in delivering complex software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience managing distributed teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams through all phases of the Scrum process.
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure teams follow Scrum principles effectively.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint health, etc.).
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical leads to ensure alignment.
• Continuously assess team performance and implement improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience leading distributed or remote Agile teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
