Job Title: AI Lead (GenAI & Agentic AI)

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

 Job Description:

• Candidate should have 12+ years of experience.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI architecture leveraging Generative AI (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows for autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Develop scalable microservices-based backend systems and integrate AI capabilities via APIs
• Architect RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings
• Lead integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and external services
• Define best practices for prompt engineering, memory management, and tool usage in AI agents
• Collaborate with UI teams to build AI-driven user experiences (chatbots, copilots, dashboards)
• Select and evaluate LLMs, AI frameworks, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and governance of AI systems in production
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance, mentoring teams and driving AI adoption strategy
