Job Title: Senior SAP IT Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP IT Business Analyst to support multiple strategic initiatives within Sales & Operations Technology. This role requires a hands-on, execution-driven Business Analyst who can independently lead requirements gathering, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have strong SAP/ERP exposure, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Develop and document As-Is / To-Be processes, business rules, and data flows
- Translate business requirements into:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional specifications
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and QA
- Support solution design, development, testing, and UAT
- Drive UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts; ensure timely resolution
- Produce high-quality, executive-ready documentation with minimal oversight
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
Project Focus Areas
- SSC Email Modernization: Enablement of individual email functionality and process enhancements
- FNA Delivery Consolidation: Proof of Delivery (POD), order visibility, and billing integration
- eClerx PDF Automation for SAP: PDF/email ingestion, data extraction, validation workflows, and SAP integration
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong experience with SAP and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in:
- Sales & Operations / Order-to-Cash processes
- Data mapping and workflow automation
- Gap analysis (As-Is / To-Be)
- Experience working on multi-system integrations
- Hands-on experience with testing and UAT support
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution domains
- Exposure to audit-sensitive or operationally critical workflows
- Experience working with automation tools or document processing solutions
Additional Requirements
- Must be local to Dallas, TX (within 30–40 miles)
- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days/week
