Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Support Engineer / Power Automate Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power Platform automation technologies and production support environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise automation workflows while ensuring stability and performance of RPA solutions.
This role requires expertise in Power Automate, Automation Anywhere 360, and unattended automation setups within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and Automation Anywhere 360
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to automation processes and RPA bots
- Monitor automation workflows and ensure smooth execution in production environments
- Work with business and technical teams to identify automation issues and implement fixes
- Support unattended RPA bot deployments on Windows Virtual Machines
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities following ITSM processes
- Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connectors, triggers, and approvals
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues
- Ensure proper error handling and logging mechanisms are implemented in workflows
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Automation Anywhere 360
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
- Experience with Power Platform environments and solution management
- Knowledge of connectors, triggers, approvals, and exception/error handling
- Experience working with Windows VMs and unattended RPA setups
- Good understanding of ITSM processes:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise automation support environments
- Exposure to monitoring and maintaining large-scale RPA implementations
- Ability to work independently and handle production-critical issues
