Java Python Microservices Developer with experience in SWIFT/CBPR Payments

Location: Charlotte NC – Hybrid

Duration: 6 months – 12 months

Java/Microservices Python Developer with experience in SWIFT/CBPR Payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, microservices architecture, Python and experience with SWIFT/CBPR Payments. The candidate should also have a good understanding of the financial domain, particularly in payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based microservices

Integrating with SWIFT/CBPR Payments systems

Working with Kafka messaging for event-driven architecture

Utilizing the Spring and Spring Boot frameworks for application development

Strong Python coding sills

Implementing Apache Camel for message routing and transformation

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Fullstack experience – experience using React, Redux, strong in JavaScript.

Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality and standards are met

Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java development

Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks

Python

Familiarity with Kafka messaging

Knowledge of Apache Camel for integration

Experience with SWIFT/CBPR Payments systems and processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
