Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to join our enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforceplatform experience, with expertise in providing design, silutions, guidance and best practices in Salesforce ecosystem including but not limited to Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives and drive intelligent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforcesolutions across multiple clouds including focus on Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.

2.      Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

3.      Define data models, integration strategies, and AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance customer and agent experiences.

4.      Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver innovative, user-centric Salesforceapplications.

5.      Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforcedevelopment and configuration.

6.      Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.

7.      Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

8.      Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD, performance optimization, and data quality.
