Job Title: Senior SAP PP Consultant 

Location: Base Location is Ann Arbor, MI but they must be open to travel (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with a minimum of 12-15 years of hands-on experience to support a long-term project in the automotive industry. 

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP PP implementations, configurations, and enhancements focused on Repetitive Manufacturing (REM).

Strong experience on PPDS.

- Manage and optimize Scheduling processes for manufacturing operations.

- Design, implement, and support Backflushing functionalities within SAP.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements related to production

planning.

- Analyze current production processes and recommend SAP best practices and improvements.

- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, WM, and QM modules.

- Support data migration and testing activities during project phases.

 Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP PP with hands-on configuration expertise.

- Proven experience with REM (Repetitive Manufacturing) in a discrete manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of Scheduling strategies and Backflushing processes.

- Solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, QM).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is required.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Prior consulting experience in long-term contracts or large-scale SAP implementations.
