Client Note:

Only Chicago local candidates will be considered. The client requires onsite work three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday). Candidates must demonstrate strong technical leadership and advanced Dynamics 365 expertise.

Position Overview:

The Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to build scalable, high-performance CRM applications while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Online/On-Premises), including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, T-SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong experience with Power Automate and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales module (Customer Service and Field Service a plus).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with API Gateways and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid team environment.
