Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing automation solutions, managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and supporting enterprise-scale development and deployment environments.

Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience working with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and developing automation solutions that reduce delivery cycle time and support Continuous Delivery (CD).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to promote development practices, testing principles, software methodologies, and team structures that support Agile software delivery.
• Guide stakeholders in the selection and effective use of development and automation tools.
• Understand business objectives and ensure they are appropriately reflected in delivery approaches and solutions.
• Work closely with infrastructure, development, testing, and application management teams to foster DevOps principles and culture.
• Support compliance and information security functions in adopting Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Review existing solutions, recommend improvements, and provide strategic direction aligned with business goals.
• Govern DevOps initiatives and manage associated DevOps metrics.
