About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and support of time management processes within our clients SAP landscape. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP Time Management (TM), excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with HR, operations, and payroll teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient time solutions.




Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP HCM Time Management modules, including:
  • Positive & Negative Time Management
  • Work Schedules / Shift Planning
  • Time Evaluation (Schemas & PCRs)
  • Absence & Attendance Management
  • Quota Generation & Accruals
  • Time Data Recording / CATS
  • Configure and maintain time schemas, rules, PCRs, and time evaluation logic.
  • Ensure proper integration with Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and other HR modules.
  • Troubleshoot complex time evaluation errors, quota issues, and payroll-related time discrepancies.
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, regression, and UAT).
  • Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Provide go-live support, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
  • Advise the business on best practices, compliance, and optimization of time processes.



Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time Management.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Time schemas (TM00/TM01/etc.)
  • PCR creation/modification
  • Work schedule rules and shift patterns
  • Absence quotas and accrual rules
  • Time evaluation configuration
  • Proven experience integrating TM with Payroll (US/Global).
  • Ability to interpret complex business rules and convert them into system logic.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation and functional specs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
