Title: Postgres DBA

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Postgres / EDB DBA with strong AWS RDS expertise to manage, optimize, and support databases for a Banking Industry project.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• 10–12 years of Postgres/EDB administration; 5+ years on AWS (RDS, d security, migrations)
• Install, configure, upgrade, migrate PostgreSQL & AWS RDS
• Manage AWS services: RDS, EC2, S3, etc.
• Performance tuning, indexing, partitioning, and high-availability setups
• Experience with on-prem ? AWS migrations
• Strong Linux/SSH skills
• Tools: GitHub, Jira, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of PgBouncer, PgPool, monitoring, Performance Insights
• Python/Lambda basics preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
