Position: Scrum Master

Location: Raleigh, NC – (Day 1 onsite)

Visa: H1-B, H4-EAD, OPT-EAD is not workable rest of all visa will work

Exp. Level: 15+ Years

Job Description:

• 15+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of Scrum master experience
• Strong knowledge in SAFe framework
• Strong knowledge in agile tools like Rally, JIRA etc
• Manage project scope and timeline. Coaching team members in Agile framework
• Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams
• Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality
• Excellent communication and team player
• Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus
• Scrum master certification is a plus
