Job Title: Data Engineer / ETL developer

Job Description:

• Experience: Strong ETL/BI development experience with Informatica – Mandatory.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes.
• Strong experience in SQL Server, data modeling, database design, and DBMS best practices.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong Informatica development and ETL experience.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and deliver them with minimal guidance.
• Strong issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
• Ability to clearly document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and resolutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred: MS DevOps experience.
• Nice to have: Conceptual knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Preferred Certifications: CRM and SQL.
