About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Rollout Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP ECC rollout program across multiple manufacturing plants for a leading automotive organization in the United States.

This role is ideal for a senior project manager with a proven track record of delivering complex SAP rollout programs within the automotive and manufacturing industry. You will lead end-to-end rollout execution, manage cross-functional SAP teams, and ensure successful deployment of standardized SAP processes across multiple plant locations while maintaining alignment with the global template.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP ECC rollout projects across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Own project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, and successful delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams including PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, PM, FICO, Basis, Integration, and Data Migration.
• Lead Fit-to-Template workshops and drive adoption of standardized SAP business processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders, plant management, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful rollout execution.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and steering committee reporting.
• Ensure business readiness through training, change management, and user adoption activities.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience leading SAP ECC rollout projects across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Proven delivery experience within the automotive or discrete manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and integration across PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, PM, and FICO.
• Experience managing full SAP project lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong project governance experiences covering budgeting, resource planning, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across business, IT, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple plant locations and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering SAP rollouts for Tier-1 automotive suppliers or global automotive manufacturers.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant integrations.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
