Role: Data Migration Engineer with Windchill PLM

 Location: Ewing, NJ - Onsite (Local or EST candidates highly preferred)

 Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Migration and PLM implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in PTC Windchill PLM.
• Hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Experience migrating legacy data into Microsoft Dataverse or integrated enterprise databases.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience defining migration strategies and ensuring data integrity.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Windchill PLM implementations.
• Define migration strategy, data mapping, and validation approach.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems into Microsoft Dataverse or target platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reconciliation throughout the migration process.
• Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams.
• Develop migration plans, validation reports, and cutover activities.
• Identify migration risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support testing, go-live, and post-migration validation.
