Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI and machine learning engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model optimization, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models.
• Optimize and fine tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices in AI/ML engineering.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics and techniques for model validation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:
