Job Title: Salesforce Life Sciences Solution Architect

Role Overview:

The Salesforce Life Sciences Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end architectural blueprint for Labcorp’s Patient Central CRM solution built on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, supporting Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT). The role focuses on scalable architecture design, secure integrations, compliance adherence, and ensuring future-ready platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and compliant architecture using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

• Define architecture across Study Setup, Study Conduct, and Patient Engagement workflows.

• Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance aligned with enterprise security standards.

• Define integration strategies with systems like CTMS, KPS, Cisco CTI, and other platforms.

• Lead data architecture, modeling, and large-scale data ingestion workflows.

• Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Enterprise-scale CRM architecture design in regulated life sciences environments.

• Expertise in integration architecture, ERD modeling, APIs, and automation workflows.

• Knowledge of decentralized clinical trials and patient engagement processes.

• Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and Salesforce security models.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect

• Salesforce Data Cloud & Integration Architecture certifications

• Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certifications
