Role: IVR Test Engineer

Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced IVR Test Engineer with expertise in Cyara automation, manual IVR testing, and Genesys CTI platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Avaya Aura, call flow validation, and test management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of IVR systems using Cyara.
• Validate call flows, prompts, and routing logic in Genesys.
• Document test cases, report bugs, and track defects.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality voice solutions.
• Support UAT and production testing.
