Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects, specifically utilizing SAP Activate methodology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle using SAP Activate methodology.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct project reviews and post implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

• 10-15 years of project management experience, with a focus on SAP projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and software.
