Job Title: Technical Program Manager

• Lead a multi-million Utilities Transformation Program, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Own program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and dependency tracking while driving alignment between business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Manage overall program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, resource planning, and benefits realization.
• Develop and maintain staffing strategies, optimizing utilization across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources to meet program objectives.
• Serve as the primary interface with executive leadership, providing clear status reporting, dashboards, steering committee updates, and actionable insights.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, and vendor organizations, ensuring timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Leverage experience in the Utilities industry (Electric, Gas, Water, or Energy) to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise programs and leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
Required Experience: 12+ years in IT/Program Management, including 5+ years leading large-scale Utilities transformation programs valued at $10M–$20M+, with strong expertise in program delivery, resource management, budgeting, and executive communications
