We’re looking for an experienced Golang Developer with a strong background in data migration, ETL pipelines, and backend system integration. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity to work on complex, large-scale data transformation projects in a cloud environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data migration & ETL strategies using Golang.
• Build efficient pipelines for structured & unstructured datasets.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and scalability across systems.
• Collaborate with DBAs, DevOps, and cloud teams for seamless migrations.
• Develop reusable frameworks and optimize performance.

 What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in software development, 4+ years in Golang.
• Strong experience with data migration, ETL, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of data validation, compliance, and auditing.
• Bonus: Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, or Python experience.
