Skills:

·         Primary skill: Oracle and PostgreSQL.

·         Secondary skill: Informatica

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead knowledge transition (KT) from the existing vendor, asking the right questions and documenting processes thoroughly.

·         Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues.

·         Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime.

·         Manage incident, problem, and change management activities as per AMS standards.

·         Communicate clearly and assertively to get tasks completed and escalate when needed.

·         Continuously look for ways to improve system stability and performance.

Technical Skills Required:

·         Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (ETL workflows).

·         Expertise in Oracle Database and PostgreSQL.

·         Good understanding of data integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
