Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Azure Databricks Lead with strong Power BI expertise to lead enterprise data engineering and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable Azure data platforms, developing ETL pipelines, and delivering executive dashboards while mentoring technical teams. Common requirements for similar roles include Azure Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, ADLS, SQL, and advanced Power BI development.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Azure Databricks
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark
• Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), and Azure SQL
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and Lakehouse architectures
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture, and data governance
• Experience integrating Power BI with Databricks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience leading offshore/onshore teams is preferred
