Role: Research Operations Specialist (20726-1)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

 Must haves:

•      Minimum 4+ years of experience in a dedicated Research Operations role

or equivalent.

•      Proven success in building and scaling research operations in a

fast-paced environment.

•      Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to

detail.

•      Experience with research tools, recruitment, repository tools and

platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Maze, Miro, UserInterviews or

similar).

•      Familiarity with research methodologies and the end-to-end research

lifecycle.

•      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•      Comfort working across time zones and with globally distributed teams.

Nice to have:

•      Experience in enterprise SaaS or employee-facing product environments.

•      Familiarity with service design, enterprise research, product design

or UX strategy.

•      Background or education in operations, research, data science,

information systems or a related field.

•      Experience with knowledge management systems and research

repositories.

•      Ability to create and maintain dashboards for operational metrics and

reporting.
