Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure secure access to enterprise systems, maintain compliance standards, and support authentication and authorization frameworks across applications and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across enterprise systems.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of access.
• Define and manage roles, entitlements, and access controls.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Integrate IAM systems with applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct access reviews, certifications, and governance activities.
• Support and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and resolve IAM incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IAM tools and technologies.
• Expertise in user provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.
• Experience integrating IAM with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
• Experience with access governance and compliance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
